The 43rd Annual Charles H. Fairbanks Armadillo Roast will be held Saturday, March 29, 2014 at the Rancho El Cenote. The Armadillo Roast is a potluck and fundraiser for the Charles H. Fairbanks Scholarship. Those with a competitive spirit can enter their culinary creations in the pie contest, lock horns with colleagues and mentors in the horseshoes tournament, flex their archaeo-muscles in the grueling Archaeology Field Skills competition, or quiz their taste buds with the mystery meat! Or just come out to enjoy great food and camaraderie! Guests are welcome, we look forward to seeing EVERYONE there!
