 While the Graduate School deadline is October 21^st, because you need both Department Chair and Dean signature on your application package, the Department deadline is October 14^th at 4:00 p.m.  The completed application package should be submitted to Juanita Bagnall, who will then secure Department Chair and Dean signature before delivering the package to the Graduate School.
