You can declare a minor in Anthropology through the Academic Advising Center as an on-campus or Online student.
Students may minor in Anthropology by completing 15 hours with a grade of C or better (no S/U grades are accepted). A minimum of nine hours must be taken at the university, six to seven hours must be chosen from the below courses, and at least nine hours must be at the 3000 level or above. ANT 4905, 4907, and 4914 are not accepted for credit for the minor.
Required (Two of the Following):
- ANT 2410 Cultural Anthropology (3 hours)
- ANT 2140 Introduction to World Archaeology (3 hours)
- ANT 3620 Language and Culture (3 hours)
- ANT 3514C Introduction to Biological Anthropology (4 hours)
