Dr. Broadwell was quoted last week by BBC News journalist Vanessa Barford in an article titled, “Is the word ‘ghetto’ racist?” The article looks into the meaning of ‘ghetto’ following film director Quentin Tarantino’s use of the word at the Golden Globes.
